Quality of Life — Kinoko® Platinum AHCC (750 mg per capsule)
Why we like it. This is the AHCC product we point to because it uses authentic AHCC® — the specific standardized cultured shiitake-mycelia extract made by the single Japanese producer and used in the published human trials — rather than a generic "mushroom" or "AHCC-like" powder. At 750 mg per capsule, a four-capsule serving reaches 3 grams of AHCC, the amount most human studies used. Quality of Life is an established brand with third-party testing and cGMP manufacturing.
What the manufacturer says. Quality of Life describes Kinoko® Platinum as its most concentrated AHCC, providing 750 mg per vegetarian capsule to support immune function, natural-killer-cell activity, and liver function. Suggested use is two to four capsules daily; the only other ingredients are a hypromellose (cellulose) capsule and leucine.
Other Products
MCS Formulas — AHCC (500 mg per capsule)
Formulation: authentic AHCC® standardized to a minimum 10% alpha-glucans in a vegan capsule — a lower per-capsule dose than the featured 750 mg, so more capsules are needed to reach the studied 3 g.

Baicalein
View Full Profile
MCS Formulas — Baicalein Pro Liposomal (200 mg per capsule, 60 caps)
Why we like it. This is the baicalein product we point to because it is genuinely baicalein — a minimum 98%-pure aglycone, not the baicalin glucuronide sold under similar names — with independent lab testing (Eurofins, Agrolab). It pairs that with a dry-powder liposomal blend (sunflower-lecithin phospholipids and mushroom-derived chitosan) meant to aid absorption. Because baicalein's oral bioavailability is the profile's governing limit and no enhanced formulation has shown superior cancer outcomes in people, we list it for verified identity, purity, and transparency, not demonstrated exposure.
What the manufacturer says. MCS Formulas describes it as 200 mg of at-least-98%-pure baicalein per capsule (60 per bottle) in its LongLifeLipoTech™ pro-liposomal blend — sunflower-lecithin phospholipids and chitosan forming neutrally charged liposomes — in a dry HPMC vegan capsule chosen to avoid the taste and storage limits of liquid liposomals. Suggested use: one capsule daily, 30 minutes before food.

LiftMode — Baicalin (Skullcap Extract) Capsules (250 mg per capsule)
Why we like it. For a compound whose oral absorption is the governing limit, we point to LiftMode because it is verifiably what it claims — near-single-ingredient baicalin from Scutellaria baicalensis root, HPLC-tested to ≥95% purity. It is a plain isolate rather than an enhanced-delivery format, so we list it for identity, purity and transparency, not for demonstrated exposure, since no baicalin formulation has shown superior cancer-related outcomes in people.
What the manufacturer says. LiftMode offers this baicalin in 200 mg and 250 mg strengths and several bottle sizes; the pictured product provides 250 mg of baicalin per capsule (70 per bottle) from Scutellaria baicalensis root, HPLC-tested to ≥95% purity and vegan. Each capsule also carries 50 mg vitamin C from ascorbyl palmitate. Suggested use: one to two capsules up to three times daily, starting low to assess response.

Visanto — Liposomal Baicalin (200 mg per sachet)
Formulation: liposomal baicalin — 200 mg per single-serving sachet (from a 235 mg extract standardised to 85% baicalin) in soy-lecithin liposomes, an absorption-oriented phospholipid delivery unlike the featured plain isolate. Contains soy; 30 EasySnap sachets, made in Poland.

Natural Factors — Berberine LipoMicel® Matrix (450 mg)
Why we like it. This is the berberine formulation we recommend because it stays closest to the published evidence — nearly all oncology and mechanistic studies use berberine hydrochloride (HCl), not newer derivatives. Natural Factors pairs berberine HCl with its LipoMicel® Matrix delivery system, designed to improve absorption over conventional capsules while keeping the form used in the literature. No enhanced formulation has yet shown superior cancer-related outcomes in humans, but Natural Factors also has a strong reputation for cGMP-certified manufacturing and rigorous testing.
What the manufacturer says. Natural Factors describes Berberine LipoMicel® Matrix as combining 450 mg of berberine HCl with its LipoMicel® delivery technology for enhanced absorption, supporting healthy glucose metabolism, insulin function, cardiovascular health, and metabolic wellness. It's manufactured without artificial colours, preservatives, or common allergens. Suggested adult dose: one softgel daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Other Products
Double Wood — Berberine HCl (500 mg)
Formulation: standard berberine hydrochloride, no enhanced-absorption technology.

Black Seed Oil
View Full Profile
MCS Formulas — Ultra-TQ Black Cumin (65 mg Thymoquinone)
Why we like it. This is the thymoquinone product we recommend for its unusually high, clearly declared potency — far more defined than ordinary black seed oils, where thymoquinone content varies and is often undeclared. That standardization makes dosing consistent and avoids the large oil volume needed for an equivalent amount. No human pharmacokinetic study has confirmed the systemic exposure this specific product produces, and high potency isn't evidence of better cancer-related outcomes — we chose it for transparency and formulation consistency, not clinical testing in oncology.
What the manufacturer says. MCS Formulas describes Ultra-TQ as a high-strength Nigella sativa extract standardized to at least 20% thymoquinone (65 mg per capsule) — about ten times the concentration of conventional black cumin oil. Recommended dose: one capsule daily after a substantial meal. Capsules are vegan and free of GMOs, gluten, wheat, dairy, and common allergens; raw materials are tested by external laboratories including Eurofins.
Other Products
Life Extension — Black Cumin Seed Oil (500 mg)
Formulation: conventional cold-pressed oil, no standardized thymoquinone content declared.

Nootropics Depot — Boswellia Phytosome (Casperome®, 350 mg)
Why we like it. We selected Nootropics Depot's Boswellia Phytosome because it uses Indena's branded Casperome® formulation rather than a generic Boswellia extract. Each 350 mg capsule supplies a phospholipid complex standardised to 25% full-spectrum triterpenoid acids and includes all 11 boswellic acids. Casperome® also has human pharmacokinetic evidence showing substantially greater absorption than non-formulated Boswellia extract.
What the manufacturer says. Nootropics Depot states that its products are made in cGMP-certified, FDA-registered US facilities and tested by ISO-accredited third-party laboratories. It also publishes batch-specific certificates of analysis, allowing customers to match the lot number on the bottle to its corresponding test report.
Other Products
California Gold Nutrition — Boswellia Serrata Phytosome (Casperome®, 250 mg)
Formulation: Casperome® phospholipid phytosome — the same branded delivery complex as the featured product, at a lower 250 mg dose with sunflower lecithin.
Life Extension — 5-LOX Inhibitor with ApresFlex® (100 mg)
Formulation: ApresFlex® (Aflapin®) standardized Boswellia serrata extract — a different branded extract from the Casperome® phytosome line.
Pure Encapsulations — Boswellia
Formulation: 5-LOXIN® patent-pending Boswellia serrata extract, providing about ten times the AKBA of typical boswellia extracts.
Cannabinoid
Pure Encapsulations — Hemp CBD VESIsorb®
Why we like it. This is one of the better-formulated retail CBD options we found — it addresses CBD's biggest practical weakness: inconsistent oral absorption. A randomized crossover trial found this VESIsorb® delivery system produced meaningfully higher, faster absorption than standard MCT-oil CBD. That doesn't establish anticancer efficacy, but it makes the retail dose more pharmacokinetically credible. The product is THC-free, CO₂-extracted, and batch-tested; Pure Encapsulations holds NSF-GMP registration and accredited-lab testing, giving us more confidence than many CBD brands offer.
What the manufacturer says. Pure Encapsulations describes Hemp CBD VESIsorb® as a broad-spectrum hemp extract using its patented VESIsorb® colloidal system for enhanced absorption versus standard MCT-oil CBD. Each softgel contains 25 mg of CBD from U.S.-grown hemp plus beta-caryophyllene and other phytocannabinoids and terpenes, and is effectively THC-free. Suggested use: one softgel daily, with or between meals. The manufacturer advises against use during pregnancy, lactation, or liver disease, and recommends professional review for anyone on medication.

Cannabinoid
Lazarus Naturals — High Potency CBG Tincture (300 mg/ml)
Why we like it. We selected Lazarus Naturals' High Potency CBG Tincture because it provides a clearly defined 300 mg of CBG isolate per ml in a simple MCT-oil base, without additional cannabinoids, terpenes or flavourings. The graduated dropper permits dosing in 75 mg increments, while the unusually high concentration avoids the impractical volume required by weaker tinctures. It is not an enhanced-bioavailability formulation; we chose it for dose transparency and quality control, not evidence of superior absorption.
What the manufacturer says. Lazarus Naturals grows its hemp in-house in Oregon and controls production from cultivation through finished product. Each batch undergoes independent testing by an accredited third-party laboratory for cannabinoid potency and contaminants, including pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents and microbes, with batch-specific certificates of analysis published online. The company also states that its manufacturing facility is cGMP compliant.

Curcumin
View Full Profile
Natural Factors — CurcuminRich® Theracurmin® (30 mg)
Why we like it. This is the curcumin formulation we recommend for the best balance of evidence, quality, and clinical relevance. Theracurmin is the only enhanced-curcumin formulation evaluated pharmacokinetically in cancer patients, not just healthy volunteers. No oral curcumin reaches the tumour concentrations seen in lab studies, but Theracurmin® produces substantially higher systemic exposure than conventional curcumin. Natural Factors also has a long history of cGMP-certified manufacturing with rigorous in-house testing, and is a genuine Theracurmin® licensee.
What the manufacturer says. Natural Factors describes CurcuminRich® Theracurmin® as using particle-dispersion technology to improve absorption over conventional curcumin, supporting a healthy inflammatory response, antioxidant defence, cardiovascular health, and joint function. Each vegetarian capsule contains 30 mg of curcumin as Theracurmin®, free of gluten, dairy, soy, GMOs, and common allergens. Suggested adult dose: one capsule up to twice daily.

Life Extension — Mega Green Tea Extract, Decaffeinated (725 mg)
Why we like it. We selected Life Extension's Decaffeinated Mega Green Tea Extract because it clearly discloses both extract strength and EGCG content: each capsule provides 725 mg of green tea extract standardised to 98% polyphenols and 45% EGCG — just over 325 mg EGCG — with no meaningful caffeine load. This offers a defined, moderate single-capsule dose rather than an unspecified catechin blend. The important caveat is that the label recommends taking it without food, whereas concentrated EGCG is generally better taken with food because fasting increases exposure, tolerability and liver-safety concerns.
What the manufacturer says. Life Extension is NSF GMP-registered and states that it tests raw materials and finished products for identity, purity, potency and contaminants. Product-specific certificates of analysis are available from customer service on request.

FWGE

Avemar — Fermented Wheat Germ Extract (Biropharma)
Why we like it. Avemar is the specific, standardized preparation behind essentially all of FWGE's evidence — the colorectal, melanoma, and pediatric studies used Avemar, a benzoquinone-defined fermented wheat germ extract. Because wheat-germ preparations differ markedly in composition, that provenance is the point: it is the studied form, not a generic extract.
What the manufacturer says. Avemar comes as film-coated tablets and as single-serve powder sachets (mixed into cold water, consumed within 30 minutes), produced in a GMP / ISO 9001 facility. Tablets are dosed by body weight: four twice daily under 50 kg, five twice daily at 50–90 kg, and seven twice daily above 90 kg. The label advises against use in organ or tissue transplant, malabsorption, celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, and pregnancy or lactation; discontinue around barium X-ray examinations, and if taking vitamin C, take Avemar two hours first.

Honokiol
View Full Profile
MCS Formulas — Honokiol Pro Liposomal (225 mg, >98% honokiol)
Why we like it. Honokiol's central limitation is absorption — as a free compound it's largely cleared on first pass, so little reaches the bloodstream orally. This is the one honokiol product we found built around that problem, pairing a >98% pure extract with a liposomal delivery system meant to improve uptake. Liposomal encapsulation is designed to raise absorption over plain capsules, though no human pharmacokinetic study confirms what this product achieves — we chose it for addressing the right problem with a clearly standardized, high-purity extract, not for proven clinical exposure.
What the manufacturer says. MCS Formulas describes Honokiol Pro Liposomal as a >98% honokiol extract from Magnolia officinalis bark (225 mg per capsule) in its LongLifeLiposomal™ system — phospholipids and chitosan forming neutrally-charged liposomes. Suggested use: two capsules daily, 30 minutes before food. Vegan capsules, free of gluten, lactose, soy, GMO, and fillers; raw materials tested via Eurofins.
Other Products
EcoNugenics — HonoPure® (250 mg, 98% honokiol)

Luteolin
View Full Profile
MCS Formulas — Luteolin Pro Liposomal (≈130 mg)
Why we like it. This is the luteolin product we recommend for combining a high, clearly declared dose with a delivery system built around luteolin's main limitation: poor oral bioavailability. It's combined with sunflower phospholipids and mushroom-derived chitosan in a pro-liposomal formulation meant to improve absorption over unformulated luteolin powder — aligned with animal evidence that phospholipid-based delivery can substantially boost luteolin exposure. This hasn't been tested in a human PK trial. We chose it for its transparent, high content and batch-level testing, not clinical oncology testing.
What the manufacturer says. MCS Formulas describes Luteolin Pro Liposomal as a high-strength Sophora japonica extract standardized to at least 80% luteolin (150 mg per capsule), combined with sunflower phospholipids and mushroom-derived chitosan. Independent Eurofins testing measured the current batch at 86.9% luteolin, about 130 mg per capsule. Recommended dose: one capsule daily with a meal. Capsules are vegan and free of GMOs, gluten, dairy, and common allergens; manufactured in the Netherlands with no added fillers.

Magnolol
View Full Profile
Exendo Epigenomics — Magnolol (30 mg magnolol per capsule, 120 caps)
Why we like it. This is the one purified-magnolol product we found from a manufacturer transparent about its formulation: each capsule is standardized to a stated 30 mg of magnolol, drawn from 60 mg of Magnolia officinalis bark extract, in a clean pullulan (vegetarian) capsule with rice-flour filler and no magnesium stearate. It is a conventional extract, not an absorption-enhanced delivery system, so the profile's pharmacokinetic limits — low, formulation-dependent oral bioavailability — apply directly; we list it for its transparency and stated magnolol content, not for demonstrated systemic exposure.
What the manufacturer says. Exendo Epigenomics describes it as a standardized Magnolia officinalis bark extract providing 30 mg magnolol per capsule, 120 vegetarian capsules per bottle, produced under FSSC 22000 certification without magnesium stearate and free from major allergens. Suggested use: one to two capsules half an hour before bedtime, starting with one.
Low-molecular-weight citrus pectin
EcoNugenics — PectaSol® Modified Citrus Pectin (about 5 g per serving)
Why we like it. PectaSol is the exact modified citrus pectin used in the published human studies on the profile — the Guess prostate pilot and the Keizman phase II program were both run on this preparation, not a generic MCP. It is standardized to the low-molecular-weight (under 15 kDa), low-esterification (under 5%) structure the galectin-3 research depends on, developed by the group behind much of the MCP literature, and because only the modified structure binds galectin-3, sourcing the researched preparation is the whole point. Its powder form also suits the multi-gram intake the studies used best — a scoop is close to the roughly 4.8 g dose taken three times a day — where capsule formats deliver far less per unit.
What the manufacturer says. EcoNugenics describes PectaSol as a modified citrus pectin powder derived from the pith of citrus fruit peels, including lemons, limes, and oranges, at about 5 grams per scoop and offered in two sizes. It is also available in capsule form and in both flavored and unflavored versions, and is produced under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Other Products
Source Naturals — PectImmune® Modified Citrus Pectin (capsules)
Formulation: modified citrus pectin in capsule form. Capsules are convenient, but deliver far less per unit than a powder, so reaching the multi-gram intake used in the human studies would take many capsules a day.
Swanson — Modified Citrus Pectin Powder, PectiPure® (150 g)
Formulation: a modified citrus pectin powder (PectiPure®) — the same powder format as the featured product, so the studied multi-gram intake is practical to reach by mixing into liquid.

Milk Thistle
View Full Profile
Life Extension — Advanced Milk Thistle (120 softgels)
Why we like it. This is the milk thistle formulation that stays closest to the published evidence — it delivers silymarin and its most-studied constituent, silibinin (silybin), not an unstudied derivative, and pairs them with a silybin-phosphatidylcholine phytosome (SILIPHOS®), the phospholipid-delivery approach research identifies as the main lever for milk thistle's poor oral absorption. Life Extension has a 40-year record, and this product is an independently tested ConsumerLab.com "Top Pick." Better absorption, though, has not been shown to improve cancer-related outcomes in humans.
What the manufacturer says. Life Extension standardises each 2-softgel daily dose to 480 mg silymarin, including 180 mg silybin, with the SILIPHOS® phytosome adding a further 47.52 mg silybin — about 228 mg silybin in total. It describes the product as its "ultimate liver health and detoxification support formula," gluten-free and non-GMO. Contains soy; take in divided doses, or as directed by a clinician.
Other Products
Thorne — Milk Thistle Phytosome (90 capsules)
Formulation: silybin-phosphatidylcholine phytosome — the same Siliphos complex as the featured product, third-party certified and soy-free.
MCS Formulas — Milk Thistle-Silymarin (90 capsules, 500 mg)
Formulation: standard milk thistle extract standardised to 80% silymarin (400 mg per capsule), single-ingredient and independently batch-tested — no enhanced-absorption delivery.
Pure Encapsulations — Silymarin (120 capsules, 250 mg)
Formulation: standardised milk thistle extract — 250 mg standardised to 80% silymarin (200 mg per capsule); hypoallergenic and soy-free, with no phytosome delivery.

Nordic Naturals — Ultimate Omega 2X, Lemon (2,150 mg omega-3 per 2 soft gels)
Why we like it. For omega-3, what matters most is EPA/DHA content per serving, the chemical form, and purity — and this concentrate leads on all three. Two soft gels deliver 2,150 mg of omega-3 (1,125 mg EPA, 875 mg DHA) in the re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form, the form the research associates with better absorption than ethyl esters. It is third-party purity tested, non-GMO verified, and Friend of the Sea certified sustainable, from wild-caught cold-water fish. We list it for verified EPA/DHA content, form and purity — not for any demonstrated cancer outcome, since none exists for omega-3 in people.
What the manufacturer says. Nordic Naturals describes Ultimate Omega 2X as its highest-concentration fish oil — 2,150 mg total omega-3s per two soft gels in re-esterified triglyceride form, lemon-flavored and third-party purity tested. Suggested use: two soft gels daily, with food.
Other Products
Thorne — Super EPA (695 mg omega-3 per gelcap)
Formulation: fish oil concentrate providing 425 mg EPA and 270 mg DHA per gelcap, in ethyl-ester molecular form (more concentrated EPA/DHA per capsule). NSF Certified for Sport, from sustainably sourced cold-water fish.
Pure Encapsulations — EPA/DHA Essentials (1,000 mg fish oil per softgel)
Formulation: 1,000 mg ultra-pure, microfiltered fish oil concentrate per softgel (from anchovies, sardines and mackerel), providing 300 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA. Non-GMO, with comprehensive contaminant testing (heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins/furans, peroxides).
Life Extension — Super Omega-3 EPA/DHA, Sesame Lignans & Olive Extract (easy-to-swallow)
Formulation: 2,000 mg wild fish oil concentrate per serving providing 700 mg EPA and 500 mg DHA, plus olive-extract polyphenols and sesame lignans. IFOS-certified for purity; easy-to-swallow softgels.

Quercetin
View Full Profile
Natural Factors — EMIQ Bioactive Quercetin (60 vegetarian capsules)
Why we like it. Quercetin's central problem is absorption, so the form matters more than the milligram count — and this product uses EMIQ (enzymatically modified isoquercitrin), the enhanced-delivery form with the clearest human absorption data of any quercetin preparation. It is water-soluble and readily converted back to quercetin in the gut, reaching the bloodstream faster and higher than ordinary quercetin, which makes it the most evidence-aligned way to actually raise systemic exposure. It is still a supplement, though: better absorption is not a proven anticancer effect, and no oral form has been shown to reach the concentrations used in the cell studies.
What the manufacturer says. Natural Factors lists 167 mg of EMIQ — enzymatically modified isoquercitrin, providing 50 mg of quercetin — per vegetarian capsule (60 per bottle), and cites pharmacokinetic data showing markedly greater absorption than standard quercetin.
Other Products
California Gold Nutrition — Quercetin Phytosome, Quercefit (250 mg, 60 veggie capsules)
Formulation: Quercefit — a quercetin–phospholipid (lecithin) phytosome, the delivery form with a small human crossover reporting up to roughly 20× higher plasma quercetin than the unformulated compound.
Thorne — Quercetin Phytosome
Formulation: a quercetin–phospholipid phytosome (the same enhanced-absorption approach as Quercefit) from a manufacturer known for third-party testing and NSF Certified for Sport production.
Pure Encapsulations — Quercetin (enhanced absorption)
Formulation: an enhanced-absorption quercetin from a hypoallergenic, excipient-conscious manufacturer, positioned for cardiovascular and immune support; useful if excipient minimalism or brand consistency is the priority.

Resveratrol
View Full Profile
Life Extension — Optimized Resveratrol Elite™ (60 vegetarian capsules)
Why we like it. Life Extension's answer to resveratrol's absorption problem is a delivery system rather than a mega-dose: trans-resveratrol from Japanese knotweed root is wrapped in a galactomannan-fiber hydrogel from fenugreek seed, and paired with Bio-Quercetin, an absorption-enhanced quercetin. It is a vegetarian, non-GMO capsule from a company with a decades-long formulation record.
What the manufacturer says. Each capsule provides a 222 mg blend standardized to 18% trans-resveratrol — about 40 mg — plus 77 mg of the fenugreek galactomannans that form the hydrogel, and a Bio-Quercetin® blend supplying 3 mg quercetin. Life Extension states the hydrogel raises resveratrol absorption up to tenfold versus an unformulated dose — a claim about absorption, not a demonstrated health outcome.
Other Products
Pure Encapsulations — Resveratrol VESIsorb® (90 capsules)
Formulation: ResVida® trans-resveratrol (100 mg per two-capsule serving) in the VESIsorb® self-emulsifying lipid delivery system; hypoallergenic and soy-free.
Nutricost — Resveratrol (700 mg per serving, 120 capsules)
Formulation: high-dose standardized extract — 700 mg trans-resveratrol per two-capsule serving, standardized to 50% trans-resveratrol from Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum, root), with no enhanced-absorption delivery.
MCS Formulas — Trans-Resveratrol Liposomal
Formulation: liposomal delivery of 250 mg resveratrol standardized to a minimum 98% trans-resveratrol, with BioPerine® (piperine) as the bioenhancer; the source plant is not stated on the label.

Sulforaphane

Jarrow Formulas — Vegan BroccoMax® (35 mg sulforaphane glucosinolate per serving)
Why we like it. Broccoli supplements usually supply glucoraphanin — the precursor — which only becomes active sulforaphane when the enzyme myrosinase is present. Vegan BroccoMax is a broccoli-seed glucoraphanin extract that includes broccoli's own active myrosinase, in a delayed-release capsule built to carry that enzyme past stomach acid so conversion happens in the intestine — the delivery variable the profile above singles out. Jarrow is an established brand with cGMP manufacturing.
What the manufacturer says. Jarrow describes Vegan BroccoMax as delivering 35 mg of sulforaphane glucosinolate from broccoli seed extract, plus myrosinase, per two-capsule serving in delayed-release veggie capsules, and cites in-vitro data indicating roughly 8 mg of sulforaphane produced per capsule. It is positioned for liver and cellular health; suggested use is one to two capsules daily.
Other Products
MCS Formulas — Broccoli Ultra, Sulforaphane (15 mg per capsule)
Formulation: free, already-activated sulforaphane rather than the glucoraphanin precursor, so it does not depend on myrosinase or gut conversion — the most direct route to a defined sulforaphane dose (30 mg per two-capsule serving), in a small vegan capsule.
Thorne — Broccoli Seed Extract, formerly Crucera-SGS (50 mg SGS per capsule)
Formulation: sulforaphane glucosinolate from broccoli and kale seed with added myrosinase from mustard seed to drive conversion, plus vitamin C; NSF Contents Certified. A precursor-plus-enzyme approach like the featured product, at a higher per-capsule glucosinolate load.
Nutricost — Sulforaphane Glucosinolate, SGS (50 mg per capsule)
Formulation: broccoli seed extract standardized to glucoraphanin (0.5% sulforaphane), without added myrosinase — so conversion to active sulforaphane depends on the body's gut bacteria, the most variable route. The plainest precursor option.

I'm-Yunity® — PSP (polysaccharopeptide from Coriolus versicolor)
Why we like it. Of the Turkey Tail products on the market, this matches the research most directly. I'm-Yunity is polysaccharopeptide (PSP) — the standardized, protein-bound Coriolus versicolor fraction that carries the clinical studies in the profile, not a generic whole-mushroom powder. It is made from the defined COV-1-strain mycelium and standardized to set polysaccharide and peptide content, so batches stay consistent like the drug-grade fractions. It remains a supplement, not the approved Japanese drug, and no retail product equals the exact trial material — but it is the closest widely-available option to a characterized medical-grade fraction.
What the manufacturer says. I'm-Yunity describes its PSP as a standardized polysaccharopeptide from Coriolus versicolor mycelium, each capsule providing 38% or more polysaccharide and 11.5% or more peptide. It states the product is made in the US under USP cGMP guidelines, tested for heavy-metal, pesticide and microbial safety, and supplied in 100% vegetarian capsules.

MAAC10 — Ursolic Acid, Rosemary Leaf Extract (50 mg per capsule)
Why we like it. For a compound gated by poor oral absorption, what matters in a product is what it contains and how well it's made, and MAAC10 is transparent here. It is a defined rosemary-leaf extract standardized to 50% ursolic acid, in vegetarian capsules from an NSF- and GMP-certified US facility, non-GMO and allergen-free. A third-party certificate of analysis confirms labeled ursolic acid content and passes heavy-metal screening. As a plain isolate rather than an enhanced-absorption format, we list it for verified source, standardization and manufacturing quality — not demonstrated exposure, since no ursolic acid product has shown cancer outcomes in people.
What the manufacturer says. MAAC10 describes it as rosemary leaf extract standardized to 50% ursolic acid, 50 mg per capsule, in vegetarian capsules with no added fillers, bottled and tested in a GMP- and NSF-certified US facility. Suggested use: one to three capsules daily (50–150 mg).
